We’re sorry this happened to your order. If we had to guess, the driver on your route delivered your order to the wrong address or accidentally marked it as delivered and left it in their van.

Usually, USPS/UPS tends to correct these errors within 1-2 business days.

Could you please do us a favor and wait a couple more days to see if it turns up?
